I had a question about wheelchair parts, and the customer service representative was helpful and courteous.

I talked to a man named Tyler who was very knowledgeable about wheelchairs of all kinds and went out of his way to make sure the parts were the right kind, rare now a days. Also, he was able to find the exact paperwork for my wheelchair from 20 years ago, which was impressive considering I didn't by it from DME Hub. Will definitely do business with them again and thanks again Tyler!! Donald

Only issue was no communication for 4 days after purchase. Otherwise, a piece of cake!

Great service my product I ordered changed to a new design and DME called to verify that I still want Med my item and shipped fast I had my new gear in two days after them calling to confirm my order. I think taking the time to call and explain the changes even just that the design from the manufacture had changed was A+ service thank you

For the cost of shipping & handling I would've expected the item to be at my door sooner than 10 days. Item eventually arrived and it's just what the Dr. ordered...no complaints there.
