Immediate response to queries, so far have always found what I was looking for for my wheelchair there, sent me the right size of cushion covers, bearings, etc never had to return items.

My last order required clarification and additional information (retro fitted Frog Legs suspension forks) and I was put in touch with Tyler. His service, follow through, follow-up via phone and email was fantastic. The items I received were exactly as needed and fit with zero issues.
