The swivel saddle does not come close to fitting this wheelchair. We are told the older swivel saddle has been disconued. The gentleman who helped was up front with me that the part may not be the right size, but I had not idea how right he was! I think parts to your wheelchairs should always be available, no matter how old they are. Discontinuing a part to a wheelchair that may be in good working condition doesn't represent the company very well.

I have dealt with Tyler and Dave, and they have consistently come through for me. I have order cushions, tri-cycle parts, and wheelchair parts, I ALWAYS GET THE CORRECT PART!!!!! They always notify of my expected delivery date. I have the utmost confidence in Tyler and Dave.
