Fast and fair , great costumer service

It was great dealing with DME Hub. I ordered a couple pairs of wheel locks. Parts were a reasonable price, even when shipping to Canada. Parts also shipped pretty quickly. I was very pleased with the customer service. Quick response time and easy to deal with. I’m very happy with my order. I will definitely use DME again.

Web site would not accept my credit card security code (or anything else, for that matter) in the box for it. Called to place order. That went fine. The representative was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, no waiting to talk with him. Without the security code problem the rating could have been five stars.
