Out of the blue a Sales associate called to review my order to make sure it was what I needed.

My tire tubes arrived much more quickly than expected. I also received excellent customer service from DME Hub! I had to call DME Hub because I had ordered 25" tubes for my 20-559 wheels, and the tubes I received were labeled 26" by the manufacturer. The rep explained that it is the metric measurement of 20-559 that is important, rather than the erroneous inches measurement shown by the manufacturer. Thanks so much for the explanation!
