Ordered compact composite push fwd wheel brake no clamp since orig had broken tension spring. USPS delivered one day early on std ground delivery and it matched perfect to original, easy to install with 2 screws and adjust for contact with wheel.

Very helpful Better prices than I've located anywhere else on TiLite chair parts and associated items. Drop shipped from vendor, No large handling fees, and pretty good response to questions. Little bit of time (day or so) required to get quote for unlisted parts, but all the other benefits far outweigh this slight inconvenience.

Excellent and really fast service from DME Hub, much better than other companies that take weeks, especially when you need your wheelchair up and rolling.

They were proactive in getting the correct parts for my wheelchair. I did receive some incorrect Caster wheel bearings but it was not necessarily their fault, just a miscommunication and they happily replaced them at no cost to me.
