Thanks to DME Hub I was able to save $100s on the repairs to my wheelchair. The wheelchair I use is over 5 years old, and the screws that hold the armrests in place were no longer able to stay screwed in, they just fall out. My thought was I need to buy 2 new arrest assemblies to fix my problem, but thankfully DME Hub had the exact 4 screws I needed to completely fix my wheelchair armrest issues.

I don’t know what else to say except that I have always received great customer support. I could have easily ordered the wrong backrest for my husbands wheelchair but the person I spoke to took the time to ask me the right questions, and therefore I got the right measurements, and ordered the correct backrest! Sounds simple, I know….but a lot of companies don’t take the time to make sure that you are getting what you actually need.
