Well I would have deleted at least one star because they did not have tubes with shrader valves on them. I really dislike presta valves. Yet they called and talked to me about it and that says a lot about their customer service. So many other places would have either sent no tubes or sent the presta valved tubes without talking to the customer. I appreciate their honesty and their customer service. Thank you.

DME Hub does a respectable job understanding my needs and being professional in all communications. My only complaint is the high price charged for the product I use and the quality (durability) of that product. I understand that DME Hub is only the reseller, but I would like to see some benefit of being a repeat customer.
