Excellent customer service mind blowing

It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't send me e-mail after e-mail asking me to review them. So fine they're not getting a good review because they wanted to bother me over a really basic transaction.

The ordering process at DME for replacement armrests for my wheelchair on their website was easy. I have been having a difficult time finding new ones online that fit and are of the same quality as the ones originally provided by the wheelchair manufacturer. The pictures and product descriptions on the website were very helpful. The armrests purchased from DME fit perfectly and appear to match the quality of the originals. They also came with new mounting screws which is surprising. They were delivered by USPS in 3=5 days and I received tracking notifications which was helpful. I am very pleased with this company and will definitely be ordering from them again.
