I liked that my two video games that I ordered arrived I did not like that it took two months to arrive I did not like that I asked for help because UPSP did not bring the first package, and I had to ask for help to solve the problem. I wish they had another shipping system.

What would have been a fun weekend reliving some retro gaming was ruined when i went to play my PS1 that i ordered which seemed to be in overall really good condition along with the games i got with it. The console was buzzing really loud and would not read any disc i placed in it i could only see the consoles main screen that allowed you to select between Memory Card and CD Player which meant the eye couldnt even read the discs. I feel extremely ripped off that no quality controlled ever occured before the console was sent out. Hope they have a really good solution to this. UPDATE: Have received email this a.m a replacement will be shipped in 3 bus. days. 2/4/23

Our prices are based off the services we provide, including testing products to make sure they are in working condition and are 100% authentic, repairs, and cleaning, as well as a full year warranty. I just received three Uncharted games this week, and although they work well, I wish in the product description they would've elaborated more on what the product was going to look like. For starters, two of the games were the Playstation Greatest Hits cases, not the original. This is fine and all but I wish I would've known that ahead of time and I would've asked for the original cases. On my other game, the case wasn't even an OEM case, it was a cheaper plastic that stands out next to my other Ps3 games. Other than that the games themselves work perfectly fine.

Hi G! Thanks for sharing your experience. We do not differentiate between greatest hits or black label versions of games unless otherwise specified in the description or order notes. Many of our customers are looking for a way to play their favorite games, and do not have a preference between the two variations. I bought from them when I was getting into collecting. They are often 2x-3x more expensive than eBay and that becomes a lot of money when it’s $100 vs $200.

I made a simple order for one gaming system. The incorrect gaming system arrived. I contacted the support team in order to correct the mistake. I was told to ship it back and the order would be corrected. I asked if I would be reimbursed for the shipping costs. They said I'd receive credit on my Dkoldies account. In other words, it would be credit that will be used at Dkoldies. It didn't make sense for me to still pay for their company's shipping mistake. Also, it seemed like their clever way to obtain future business. I had no problem with communicating with the support team. The 3 stars are strictly for an absolutely avoidable shipping mistake and an inconvenient exchange policy.
