They will MAKE YOU OVERPAY FOR ANY CONSOLE DO NOT BUY HERE. they are THE number 1 CAUSED of the vintage console inflation. Yes you will get your consoles. Yes they probably will work (even though I’ve seen people get consoles that did NOT work. Do not buy here save your money and go LITERALLY ELSE.

Slow communication, usually 2 days for a reply to an email. Sold an n64 with games and accessories. After I sent off items to them, emails I sent stopped being answered. Today was the 3rd day they've been in possession of my items, and have yet to get a reply of any kind. I was forced to call to find the status of my order. Upon talking with a guy, I learned that the payment to me was screwed up (I sent my PayPal info and they were going to send me a check instead). Maybe buying from the company is better, but I don't recommend selling to them. I did receive my money right away, but even telling the guy I was unhappy with the transaction fell on deaf ears.

First time customer. I attempted to order a PSP game from them and went through PayPal checkout. An error occured during the payment process which nullified the order but still charged me money. I sent an email and they replied to me the next day saying they didn't see any orders placed. I would then reiterate to them three times, each reply from them taking a full 24 hours, that money was taken from my account, but no order was completed. They never specified if they received the money or not and kept dodging my problem. Very slow replies, and they just kept telling me no order was placed. Obviously no order was placed because there was an error on their end. Took me four days to finally sort of understand myself and that perhaps they didn't get the money. They never made it clear.

After hearing from friends that I might've gotten slightly scammed by purchasing from DKOldies because of the higher prices, I was like whatever since it's "refurbished". They just started laughing and told me to open up the console when I had the chance to: result more dust and grime than I've ever had in any of my (bought new) homeconsoles from years back. This is a joke of a refurbishment store, it's more of a scalping operation in my humble opinion. On the plus side my console was and is still functional at least.

Well, I ordered an n64 pack from them some time ago, delivery was on time and everything was secured very well. The condition of the controller was good (had no deep scratches or worn out stick), however it was full of dead skin? It was clean on the outside but on the inside it was very dirty. The console itself was in good condition again, no deep scratches or missing parts. It still had its original thermal pads tho wich could have caused problems in the long run. The psu was a disaster it had a stripped wich took me very long to remove, after opening it up I noticed a leaking capacitor inside of it (it had dried electrolyte on top of the vent). Overall awful service, sorry. Cleaning a controller properly doesn't even take 5 minutes, and replacing thermal pads and capacitors isn't difficult or expensive, even if it was, I paid a premium price so I was expecting a well serviced console. Personally I wouldn't buy from DKoldies again, I would recommend buying from a reputable ebay seller.

My husband bought me the NES Mario bros bundle and Mario 1 worked great but Mario 2&3 both do not seeing I was really looking to play 3 I was so upset Xmas when I hurred to set it up and play my fav and to no surprise it didn't work was so upset hubby thought I was upset about the system but really was that I have only 3 games and can only play #1 only😫 he did double check and it said would have been tested b4 sent out

Terribly expensive and *possibly* misleading. Their prices are wayyy out there and you'd might as well buy from somewhere else. They seem like nice and genuine people, and their services are very good (which is why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1), but, even for a business, their prices are way too high. Also, their "mark-offs" are definitely misleading. Their prices seem to be always "on sale". Which, if that's the case, doesn't that make that "sale price" the actually official price? Seems like they are trying to fake their sale prices and make it look like you are saving a few bucks by buying from them. Now, once again, that is all speculation, but there is definitely something up with their pricing.

I ordered a gamecube controller. When I received it the thumbstick was loose and the controller was dirty. At least the return process was easy and fast. Can’t say I will make another purchase from them.
