I bought a Nintendo controller from them that worked at first but then stopped working. I contacted them and they responded within 2 hours to say they were sending me another one immediately along with a prepaid shipping label to send the defective one back. Great customer service!

They are very good to order from and usual get my orders in a very timely fashion. They have some really good deals on games at times

I bought an SNES and NES with about 15 games in total and have had only an issue with 1!Reached out to DK and they took care of it right away. Replaced the game that wasnt working with another in about a week! Very happy with DK Oldies!! Will continue to purchase my vintage games with them only!
