Item arrived as was told when called to…
Item arrived as was told when called to inquire. Did not receive an automatic email of tracking info or arrival times.

Part was exactly as ordered
Part was exactly as ordered. Although website did not display a picture of it; I was trusting the part number since I knew what I needed. Only real issue was no email order confirmation. Did get an email once I inquired about my order thru the website and all was good.

Good price. Poor communication
Price was good. Supposedly item was in stock but had to contact them 2 days after I ordered and it hadn't shipped yet. They apologized and would send it out and give me tracking info. Two days later had to contact again. It was shipped but failed to send me shipping info
