This is a scam! They advertise 30 Day money-back guarantee for dissatisfaction but do not follow through. I purchased the course on April 2, 2025 and on April 3, 2025 I completed 3 lessons and took a quiz that asked questions about material that was not covered in the first 3 lessons. After realizing this, I decided that I did not want to continue the course and immediately contacted the company for a refund. I am now being told that I am trying to “extort” them and that it is a legal matter now. All I did was ask for a cancellation and refund. Do not purchase this course! It’s not legitimate and they will try scare-tactics to get you not to request a refund! Buyer Beware!

Dispatcher101 is a game changer, very informative and the perfect course to take.

The dedicated mentors are 100% dedicated to each student and their needs. Each student has his/her own mentor. The course material is easy to understand for both, visual and technical learners. I highly recommend this course because of their creativity in teaching and communication commitment. The price of the actual course is fairly low. I wasn't expecting such exceptional customer service for its price.

Happy with my purchase. Great course

i had some questions that i needed answered and Disbatcher 101 was VERY helpful.....i am looking forward to taking my course

The course layout was so user friendly that it made learning more about dispatching fun and exciting.

These courses are extremely detailed, practical and thorough. Personally, I love how the courses provide situational examples of scenarios that you might run into being a freight dispatcher.
