Made an appointment and they never showed i made repeated calls to reschedule with no reply. I should of reviewed more closely before booking as non responsive and unreturned calls seem to be a standard complaint.

Response from DishNinjas· Oct 14, 2026
Hi Rex, we sincerely apologize for the missed appointment and for not returning your calls. That isn't the standard we hold ourselves to. We found the scheduling error that caused this and have fixed it in our system. We'd appreciate the chance to make it right, so please reply or call us and we'll book your installation as a priority. — The DishNinjas Team
Quick installation and set up complete with instructions for use. Would have taken me hours.

The installer stole *all* the user documentation, earlier this year - angry I am! Superior Colorado. Left a wiring tangle in the attic (I'm told). Outside is ok - so far, the big wind season comes in a couple months.

Response from DishNinjas· Oct 14, 2026
Hi Mark, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration. As part of our cleanup, our installers remove all packaging and leftover, which many customers appreciate. In your case, everything, including the leftover, was returned to you the next day. We'd be happy to come back and tidy the attic wiring. If anything comes up during wind season, just get in touch and we'll fix it for you. — The DishNinjas Team
