What went wrong? You never responded to me or my wife and we both requested support/help. What can you make things better. I’m not a smart man, but you may want to read the above statement on what went wrong. Nice, we ask for assistance get no response other than these BS surveys.

I can't give an experience report as I never received any call/email from my inquiry. Been about 4 or 5 months since I sent it, so I can't give a "date of experience" as I don't remember exactly when I sent it. Swagging that!

No Show or call for scheduled appointment

If you are really in the business of installing starlink antennas at the minimum learn how to climb a steep roof. Roofing companies do it all the time. I would give you a ZERO if I could. Absolutely useless!

Hi John, We're sorry we couldn't help with your installation. Your requested location on the upper roof peak isn't safe to reach without a lift and specialized equipment. We won't risk our technicians' safety. Our offer still stands: if a lift is arranged, we'll gladly install there, or we can schedule one of the alternatives. Please contact us anytime. — The DishNinjas Team
