Hello Stewart, Just wanted to follow up on your recent review and see if I can assist in any way and make another happy customer. I apologize if during the ordering process information was unclear. I understand it is frustrating to not receive adequate service and have to wait for something you've paid for to be delivered. I was able to locate your order. It looks like the estimated delivery dates for your first issue are between 02/05/2024 and 03/04/2024. Please note that the 8-12 week processing time applies to all orders and renewals. I understand it seems like a long time, believe me if we could expedite shipping to customers we would, unfortunately since we don't mail the magazines directly we have no real control over it. This information can also be found in your Order Confirmation email, which I have gone ahead and re-sent. I do see that you were in contact with our customer service team, and they were able to get the publisher to extend your subscription by 1 issue. It looks like the estimated delivery dates for your first issue are between 03/03/2024 and 03/31/2024. Please note that the 8-12 week processing time applies to all orders and renewals. I understand it seems like a long time, believe me if we could expedite shipping to customers we would, unfortunately since we don't mail the magazines directly we have no real control over it. This information can also be found in your Order Confirmation email, which is always sent to the email used to place the order, immediately upon ordering. I have gone ahead and re-sent it, be sure to check your spam/junk folder as we have no control over your email filters. James, thank you for the review, and we're sorry we never replied. The date on a mailing label is usually the last issue of the subscription, so NOV2024 meant it would run through November 2024. If anything didn't arrive as it should have, email [email protected] and we'll make it right.
