I ordered several subscriptions in an order several months ago and only got one of the subscriptions PEOPLE

Dear John, Sorry about that. That definitely isn't the experience we want you to have. We did send TrustPilot a message asking for your full name, email address, phone number, and order details and have not received a response. Can you send us the order number, email address (or mailing address) you used for your subscription-order so we can assist?
There are so many magazines to choose from & the prices are great, especially if you buy during a sale. Been using this site for a couple of years and haven't been disappointed

Easy to shop and great prices

So far my book order is late. Customer service number keeps hanging up on me after telling me they will get a team member to speak with me. I'm beginning to think this is a fraud site???

Dear Cathy, We sent you emails on 7/20 and 7/22 to the email address on file asking some questions. If possible please respond to those emails so we can assist you.
The price was great, I wish there were a few examples of what the magazine was about. I am not crazy about the topics in the magazine
