Thank you so much for your kind words about the quality of the dress and for recognizing Jeremy’s help—we truly appreciate it! We also want to thank you for your feedback regarding inventory. We do our very best to keep our inventory updated daily (Monday through Friday), as it is synced directly with our designers. However, on rare occasions—especially during busy prom season—items can sell out very quickly before updates are fully reflected online. We completely understand how that can be frustrating and truly appreciate your flexibility in selecting an alternative. We’re so glad everything worked out in the end and that your order arrived right on time. Thank you again for your support—we hope you had an amazing prom! ✨

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must feel. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offered to replace the dress at no cost to you, which would have resolved the issue without any additional charges. However, we understand that you preferred not to proceed with a replacement. While our standard policy does not allow refunds, we made an exception in your case to offer one. As outlined in our return policy, refunds are subject to a restocking fee, which helps cover processing and handling costs. We truly did our best to provide multiple options to resolve the situation and regret that we were unable to meet your expectations.

We’re very sorry to hear that you were upset with your purchase—that’s never the experience we want for our customers. However, we do want to clarify that all of our dresses are brand new and shipped directly from the manufacturer in sealed packaging. We do not sell used merchandise. We were not contacted prior to this review regarding any concerns, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to review the issue and assist you. In situations like this, photos are extremely helpful for us to better understand what may have occurred. We always encourage customers to reach out to us right away with any concerns so we can properly evaluate and offer a solution.
