The quality of the dress I bought was nice but the size was NOT as described. The size chart seems to be purposely misleading. Sizes are much smaller than listed in the chart. It's in their best interest because they charge 20% restocking fee even though I was exchanging for size not returning. Big scam!!

I purchased a dress that was sold out. They had Immediately called me and sent a email of three other options. Same size and color different styles which was very helpful. I was able to choose and got it delivered same shipping time as the original selection. I would recommend discount dresses to anyone. Very professional company.

I was surprised with how easy it was to order a dress for my mom. Shipping was fast. My mom's dress fit her perfectly and looked beautiful. The picture of the dress does not give it justice. It was so beautiful. Thank you so much for my first experience with your company. I recommend it to everyone.

Hi Setaita, thank you so much for your beautiful review! We’re so happy to hear that ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and that your mom’s Hosanna 5561 dress fit her perfectly. It means so much to us that you trusted us for your first experience, and we’re thrilled the dress looked even more beautiful in person. Thank you for recommending us — we truly appreciate your support!
Customer service was helpful, responsive and friendly when I initially reached out about purchasing the dress. Delivery was also very fast. The dress was beautiful in person, just like the online photos. Unfortunatley, the dress arrived with a stain on the bra cup that appears to be make up. I thought I had purchased a NEW dress? I was not happy about the stain but since it was on the inside bra cup, I didn't bother to reach out to customer service. The thread for the hook also came loose and thank goodness I saw it fall apart and caught it in my hand. Otherwise, there would be nothing to hook to the eye, which means a trip to the store to buy the missing piece!

Hi Helen, thank you for your review and for your kind words about our customer service, fast shipping, and the dress itself. We’re happy to hear the dress was beautiful in person. We’re very sorry to hear there was an issue with the inside bra cup and the hook thread. We were not previously made aware of a stain, and we want to assure you that all of our dresses are sold brand new. Had you reached out to us when the dress arrived, we would have been happy to look into this right away and assist you. We truly appreciate your feedback and are sorry this affected your experience. Thank you again for your order.
Very unsatisfactory and condescending response. Would discourage anyone from purchasing from discount dress. You get what you pay for.
