My experience with Discount Daily Hearing has been far beyond my imagination. Hearing loss is a difficult experience, and for me, a hard one to accept, especially when it came to wearing hearing aids. I tried several different in-person companies and different styles of hearing aids. From the promises of the cheaper brands to premium grade ones. I realized that I had to have a more expensive one because my main issue is tone. Without good insurance 3 years ago, I just couldn’t justify the ones I needed until I ran across Discount Daily Hearing. They offered me the same hearing aids at almost half the cost. They gave me time to try different ones under their constant direction with never having a feeling I needed to make a quick decision. I tried 3-4 different sets before settling on one. Anytime there was a concern, adjustments to be made or me doing something like crimping my wires, someone responded quickly and replacement parts were quickly mailed out with no questions or concerns. I’ve had mine for almost 3 years now and they’re still just a phone call away anytime I need help and ready to honor the 3 warranty without any issues. I will definitely purchase my next set through them.

Great service & tips on how to use my hearing aids

Service has been very good. My disappointment is with the product I originally purchased. It is the Phonak Cros/Bicros hearing aids. The theory is that the totally non hearing aid side receives the sound from that side and sends it to the hearing side. I have yet to be able to experience that benefit.
