Excellent except for the return shipment which used UPS surface and took over a week when air mail would have reached me in two days and only cost #12.40

Efficient and effective response.

Repair under warranty was good. Only reason for 4 stars, not 5, is because it seems like I’ll need to do an online adjustment….looks like programming was erased. Of course, that’s a Phonak repair site issue.

Appointment was right on time with Will Hearing test and reprogramming went without a hitch! I can hear again without having to increase the controls. Thank you!
