It was easy and fast, they were the best.

DDH went to great lengths to ship a pair of replacement Phonak receivers on short notice so that I would have my hearing aids for a two month road trip away from my shipping address.

very helpful, with an experience, make the things right

Very reasonable price and lot of flexibility

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON PHONE AND EMAILS

Great crew. All repaid went smooth.

I think everyone was friendly and helpful. I do have a suggestion that all employees working with hearing aid customers should know how both iPhones and androids work. I had to postpone my setup for two days to get set up with someone who knew iPhones

I have extensive hearing loss. Will has been very patient.
