I was surprised when I called with questions and to order that I got a real live (American) human to answer, and who was responsive. I needed to split the payment using my funds plus FSA account funding and this presented no issues. The wait was over a week, but this was forecasted up front as they did the initial programming and shipped them. Follow up (so far) has been great and all my questions answered. Taylor has been with me through this whole process.
