Reasonable prices & prompt service

I was hesitant at first since we used to purchase hearing aids through the local audiologist office. We purchased the phonak L90 bicros unit with Trey. Josiah and Bobbi followed up post sales, and Will fitted the hearing aids remotely. Fitting was done via the myPhonak app. It took approximately 15min and another 15min for Q and A. One caveat is that you must be good with technology since the fitting is done remotely. It can be overwhelming so make sure you are good with navigating your phone, or you can have someone help you during the fitting. The price is unbeatable, the service and communication is consistent and friendly, and the fitting was a breeze. We will continue using DDH since we see no advantage of visiting the local audiologist. Thank you!

I sent a text message requesting assistance. The customer service rep responded about 2 to 3 hours later, then didn’t respond again for 3 days. No greeting, no name, just “what’s the problem with your aids?” This person could definitely work on their customer service skills.

Truthfully I was skeptical as hell! My wife manages a bank and her customers complaining about getting scammed online is a daily occurrence. The Lumity 90 price was too good to be true.. or was it? I ordered, they arrived!! But they weren’t set up properly for me. Will from their online support team and I had a video conference. He gave me some tests and reset the hearing aids through the Phonak app on my phone!!! They work perfectly and I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. Truly a great deal and an excellent experience so far!

Had warranty problems with my hearing aids. They have been courteous and helpful in returning my aids. I am currently awaiting the return from the manufacturer.
