Great and rápido Service/response

Order was for Double Dome - small They shipped me a much larger size domes, and I have been unable to contact company to report the issue.

I think this company has figured out how to deliver the same product as a local audiology practice at half the cost by taking advantage of the efficiencies of the internet. So far my experience has been very good. I've dealt with a sales person, a scheduler, and a hearing instrument technician. They have all been very nice and timely. I sent them my hearing test so they could program the hearing aids. They shipped quickly and then followed up with a remote adjustment session via the phone app to do some fine tuning. They also sent me a free TV streamer.

It is really helpful to talk with someone that has the patience of the one I visited with and the fact that he knows first hand the experience of using HAs. .
