I purchased my hearing aids from them about three years ago. Their customer service has been excellent. They are always easy to contact and they are quick to send the free supplies as needed, that was included with my purchase in a timely fashion.

Great Price I purchased Widex 440 BTE The process was easy. Happy with the online programming. Appointment was easy. It helps too have an idea of what you want ahead of time. So do some research up front. Good communication

Ok, I'm really happy with the price I paid for my hearing aids and all the support in setting them up But... I'm really disappointed in your claim of 'Lifetime Supply Of Domes & Wax Filters' I just ordered these and expected a two year supply, but only recieved 10 domes and 8 filters, not even a years worth AND had to pay $15 'shipping'. I initially thought that was high but if it were for 2 years I could deal with it. BUT it's NOT I can get these CHEAPER on amazon 10 Domes for $10 (free sipping) and 32 Filters for $11.02 (free shipping) which would be $2.75 for 1 8 pack So the total would be $12.75 SO how can you justify saying the your customers get 'Lifetime Supply Of Domes & Wax Filters' Really disappointing Victor

Second time a had to return a charger (not their fault), and they replaced it both times without hesitation.

I needed some repair on my hearing aids. I got a quick appointment with Will who detected the problem. Within a day I had instructions on how to send my aids to be repaired. Christine helped me with a problem (my fault) in shipping. Everyone involved was kind and helpful. Now my hearing aids are better than ever! Thanks Discount Daily Hearing for the great service!
