DiscountASP is fast and responsive to the needs of their customers. They have great rates and are willing to support their systems with the personalized assistance you would expect from a Rackspace or Amazon type of company.

Being a business owner I tend to focus on business, clients and not so much...tech speak. I've recently been hit with several horrible customer service experiences from various companies I "used to" do business with and their excuse for poor service...we just don't have the resources available. I asked myself....is this the future of customer service? Well DiscountASP has changed my way of thinking as not only is there a quick turn around but they communicate in a manor that I can understand....instead of complicated tech-speak. Thank you for helping with the 2 issues I recently had while better yet setting me straight that customer service is alive and well in certain companies DiscountASP being one of them...and THE BEST!!
