Ordering process was great. I will rate service after it is installed.

The person that took my call was very helpful and nice!!! She took the time to explain the service options and cost. She was also able to schedule my installation for the next day, however since this is a second home we need a weekend install and we were schedule for this Saturday.

The man who helped me on the phone was the best sales person anyone could hope for. Helpful, funny, very conversational, and very respectful and well mannered. This is truly why direct tv is the best. Just hope further encounters are just as perfect !
