The agents who assisted my via phone were so friendly and helpful! The last agent I spoke to knew I was in a hurry to place my order because I was on my break at work and needed to get back, so he did an amazing job of not only providing excellent service, but doing it quickly and efficiently so that I could be done with the phone call and on my way. I could writw about the woman who helped me forever, but, instead I will just say that I had a great experience and was helped to get the oackage that best served me and my family. We are excited to start watching our TV's with the best technology in the Cabke market!

After researching the options I found DIRECTV's prices and technology to be ahead of the rest. The customer service rep was very helpful and informative, which is rare these days. I have never been a DIRECTV customer but from what I have experienced thus far, I expect I will be very pleased with the service. I will be telling friends and family about the experience and great price.
