CSR went above and beyond to explain the whole magilla. Very satisfied, overall.

The technician went over each step of the way. He helped me make the best decision of locating the best place to ankor the dish. He routed the cable just I asked, and programmed my new remote control to operate not only my dish, but in fact all my stereo components. TV. VCR. DVD. STEREO. He showed me how to operate the controller in detail. How to watch or order movies on demand! He made the experience, and I recomended it to a friend. You just installed it a few days ago there. Good job, well done!

I don't think that's possible. The sales tech and installer were both top notch. They both need to be commended for the job they do and did with me, my order, and my install.
