Pedro the service technician was excellent and very polite. So far everything is working. The only problem is that I'm positive the sales representative quoted the pkg deal at around $105. I think I will be paying $115. Plus I wanted him to send me an email of an estimate of the cost after a year. He said he would and it shouldn't be more than $30. I just want to make sure of this but didn't get this email

I started out talking to Ashley via chat and she made it too easy, actually I thought once we spoke she would dump the bad news or extra rates on me. WRONG, once we spoke on the phone, it went even better than I thought. She made everything so easy and the discounts blew me away. I wish I would have called months ago!

MY family member who is an IBO, talked me into looking into Direct TV. I have a telecommunications background and always heard that with satellite there is attenuation with this service when it rains.. He said they improved and the customer representative answered all my questions and I was able to save some money as well. My order number is 194295103
