your customer service rep. kyle was great in answering all my questions and because he answered and gave me a better outlook about direct TV that i will now leave Verizon TV.

They have told me a number of untruths, like my bill would be so and so and they always charge me more then they said, they would have a manager call me about it, never happen. if I call them it always takes about an hour or 2 of my time. Had Dish for 12 years before DirecTV and never had to call them. All I ask is if someone says something, DO IT! Like problems go with Directv, Don't like problems go with cable or Dish or anybody else.

Going back to the to affordable pricing of Direct TV. Giving me more for my dollar then their competitors. Happy with the customer service rep that got me signed up. What more can I say.

Direct tv has always been honest with the packages they offer, with no hidden fees. In the past I have been a loyal customer as well as my father. Customer service is always direct on finding the package that is right for me as well as giving me the option to change my plan to my needs.

For me, convenience, courtesy, and helpfulness are the most important qualities I can search out in a home entertainment provider and Direct Star has it all. Fast service, awesome staff, and a great installation crew to work around busy schedules, I couldn't be more happier! Thanks guys and gals for a great experience!

The customer service was very on point with details and direct tv has a lot of great features I would recommend direct tv to anyone!!!!!!
