I can confirm that your inverter and balance-of-system components have shipped, but looking into your order I see the solar panels and battery have not yet been dispatched. I’ve raised a ticket internally with our logistics team to find out what caused the delay. One of our team members will reach out to you by tomorrow morning with an update on the shipping status and next steps. We appreciate your patience and will make sure you’re kept fully informed until your full system is delivered.

Your order was originally shipped, marked as delivered and signed for. After you raised the concern that you hadn’t received it, we investigated with UPS and dispatched a replacement that same week. The replacement shipment we sent is also showing as delivered, with a confirmed signature at your address on file. Given that both shipments are confirmed delivered while you continue to report non-receipt, this situation has raised red flags internally. We’ve paused direct replies while we work with UPS to fully investigate what has happened and determine whether this is a genuine delivery issue or a false claim.
