I purchased my hearing aids from you for several reasons, great service and support I received from your firm on my previous hearing aids, a great price and was under the assumption you shipped via FedEx (at least last time you did). You got them shipped in 7 days, but you seemed to have chosen the least reliable and slowest method for shipping, USPS. Took an additional 7 days to receive them

It was nice to talk to a person who seemed knowledgeable about the hearing aide we use and made sure we got the right item

The price was the most important thing to me. Much more affordable than buying the same hearing aids locally. Their support has also been good and very responsive.
