The communication was fast and friendly - All USA based support! From my initial inquiry, purchase to audiology follow-up appointments the collective team showed great customer focus. All at the best price in the market. I had recently visited the local major healthcare provider, got fitted for a pair of hearing aids on a trial. I received a bait and switch situation and was quoted $5000 for the hearing aids I needed for both my hearing and functional needs. I came across Direct Hearing and thought it was too good to be true - the price was less than 1/2 for a better version of the hearing aids I had tried. The process with the traditional hearing service was taking months with scheduling appointments and follow-ups. The process with Direct Hearing took a few weeks. I had my 1st adjustment with Will. He was very knowledgable of the product, and my hearing preferences. The remote adjustment procedure was very painless - as Will easily guided me through the procedure and was patient and very thorough in the adjustment.

Because of changes in the law governing heating aid sales, being able to do directly to a supplier reduces the markup charged by audiologists significantly. I got the same hearing aids through Direct Hearing that an audiologist wanted to charge me double the price for. I'm satisfied with the product, the price and the support from Direct Hearing.
