The hearing aids came through as promised and the technology is amazing. There were limited instructions on how to set up and use the hearing aids. It is all a bit overwhelming, and the instructions were too simplified for a first-time user of hearing aids. The representative was patient in adjusting my hearing aids, answering questions, and helping me to connect to the Bluetooth on my phone. Some of the colors are not true to the website. The chestnut color is almost black and not as brown as it appeared on the website.
