Direct Hearing is an amazing company. I am new with the use of hearing aids so I went to a facility with an audiologist who, after conducting a hearing test, suggested the Signia Hearing Aid. The cost was more than double what it would cost me if I bought it from Direct Hearing. When I questioned why the price was so high he said that it was because of the added service they provide such as fitting and fine tuning the device along with periodic checks and any problems that may occur and of course the brick & mortar overhead. I will say this, once I purchased the hearing aid, I cant say enough good things about this company and the service I received, specially from Will Russell who has worked with me to ensure that I have the proper fitting and settings on the device. I would recommend this company not only for the price but also for their service.Thank you Will Russell for all your help!

I scheduled a hearing aid adjustment appointment with Will. He was easy to talk with and was totally familiar with Widex hearing aids - hearing program options. In fact, he wore these hearing aids himself. Good to know! That simple fact made him more qualified than anyone I know in the hearing aid business.
