From now on if I need to shop for anything Dior, I will do it on their website. Such great experience. I received the package today, beautifully presented with a lot of great samples. The communication with their rep online was professional and super friendly. I highly recommend Dior’s website if you want a stellar experience.

Good Customer Support and quick ship time

I did not receive my order. UPS “left it at porch” but I was home at the time shown on the delivery detail notes (tracking number) and nothing was delivered. It has been inconvenient and a very unpleasant experience trying to resolve this both with Dior and UPS. Customer service employees need to get better training on how to assist customers with these issues. Sadly, I do no think I’ll order anything from Dior going forward, I am very disappointed. I hope at least I can get my money back. Also, Dior, please deliver at PO boxes. Mail delivered at PO boxes is under USPS custody and therefore these issues do not happen. I expected high quality service from Dior, and sadly, I got just the opposite.

I love the girls that work in Dior Aspen, CO. They are always so helpful, friendly and make it such a nice experience when I go in. Also, their seamstress, Pat, is unbeatable in her workmanship.
