The item did not ship on time. It was to be a birthday gift. When I called to inquire as to why it was late, the customer service rep was rude. Number 1 in customer service is to empathize with the customer, she was annoyed. She also said she would credit my shipping costs. That has yet to happen. Not likely I will purchase another Dior item or gift.

Item was just as described, easy to order, arrived quickly. Only negative was excessive paclaging for a very small item.
