they said my packaged is delivered but i can't find it . after many enquires they haven't replied me yet. my first purchase experience out to be the worst experience of my life .

I received a beautiful Dior packaging with JUST the sample in it, the perfume itself did not come! That was very disappointing and now i have to wait 8-10 days for an “investigation”. I expected much more from a brand ai though was reliable. Very upset over this.

Website is not user friendly. I've bought 3 cushion makeup items so far, none of them fit each other! Plus, I did not het a Dior gift box? I received a paperbag. I was looking forward to the Dior box.
