Fast delivery and beautiful packaging.

I was really disappointed to find that the person I ordered a gift for could not exchange the item for another color. She was required to return the item in the mail, so now I have to buy her another gift. This is so odd to me, especially from a luxury retailer, you would think Dior would provide a gift slip and the option to exchange in-store to prevent an uncomfortable situation for the gift giver and recipient.

I love the product I ordered...creme abricot however I never received an order confirmation from Dior. I also never received ship notification. After several days I emailed Dior and I have never gotten a response. I did finally receive the product. I will order it from Nordstrom next time. Best, Karen Lavelle
