Great packaged really nice

My Dior order was handled, packaged and shipped more quickly than ever before. Of course, the packaging was beautiful and a real delight to open and unwrap. I savored the experience. They are very generous with samples also. All products wete exquisite.

Perfect birthday gift for my daughter-in-law (to be). One of her favorites! Very speedy delivery!

I would have given a full five stars had it not been for two important things: 1. Your website would not take my Amex credit card at all even if after multiple attempts to check out, my bank assuring me I was clear of anything, and numerous tries to talk to your customer service. In the end, I lost my chance to earn reward points via my credit card and I had to purchase via PayPal. 2. I love the freebie Mitzah scarf but I was given one with the letter "M". One of my first two names' initials has an M but I go by "P". The Mitzah was a nice complement to my purchase but it would have been a lot nicer if clients were given an opportunity to choose the letter on their Mitzah scarf. I assume it was chosen based on my written name at checkout.

Everything arrived as ordered and was beautifully boxed. I plan on making more purchases from Dior.

I never received my refund.

Dior never disappoints. Products are great quality, generous sized samples, and gift wrapping is impeccable. Highly recommend!
