I am still waiting for my shipment. The day it was supposed to arrived, there was a problem with the delivery. The next day, Dior customer service contacted me asking about my address. I replied, and I asked when my new shipment information will be coming. It has been 5 days and still have not heard back. Terrible customer service for a company like Dior. Completely disappointed.

Excellent service and quality. Packaging is way better than YSL and Chanel, or any other brand. The only con is Dior doesn’t provide free returns. But all in all, everything is top-notch!

Great product but the packaging was impossible to open the box inside the box was so tight it took me almost half an hour with scissors and all my strength to get the box out of the packaging box
