Fast shipping, well packaged. I can’t wait to gift this for Christmas.

I received package and it was badly damaged. I have yet to receive any solution and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told no one was available until the next day. The manager, Yvette, finally called me back the next afternoon and simply left me a message saying "I understand you would like to place an order" and left me the ordering phone number. Really? I had to call back and spoke to another manager but still have not heard back. I should have just gotten curbside at Nortstrom etc... Maybe Chanel or Givenchy next time?

For makeup and fragrance the site is easy to navigate, select items and make a purchase. I struggled with content loading for other products. Shipping was fast and packaging was beautiful.
