Good product, good price, Had a question that was answered promptly! All good!

I hate mistakes and I hate waiting. I told. You guys how many inches I was? So there was no mistakes, but you sent me something that was too small. So you guys said the Fuji holster would suit me good. I constantly waited for the next shipment to arrive. It wasn't the same as described.It went all the way around my waist, But it's still fit so I didn't have an issue anymore but I still had to wait forever and you were wondering to send it out for over a month, when you guys already have my money. You know. We shouldn't be waiting forever we could die. I gave very good detail because I know people on the internet and businesses don't know what the hell they're doing.

Computer canned responses to problems and questions are not a solution. You need to have a customer service department to communicate with your customer.

Y’all sent the wrong size belt I don’t wear a 51” belt I’m a 40

Company was very responsive when the first product I ordered didn't suit my needs and offered an alternative product. The alternative product works pretty well for what I need.

Pick responses. The band is great. I love how it wraps around me. When I bend down the band doesn’t come undone - it stays secure

I ordered two holsters from dinosaurized.com and neither one worked for me. I contacted their office to see about shipping them back. The company apologized for the inconvenience, told me to keep the holsters, and asked me to select another item from their website of equal value to be sent to me at no cost. This kind of service is excellent and difficult to find these days. Thank you Dinosaurized!

The War-song belt is great along with the belt/ pouches. The Bald man shoulder holsters were a little over priced and a little too generic in that, an inch or two of webbing here and there on the holsters along with maybe a cutout for an optic in the snap area would make for a much better fit on "your contemporary" carry handgun. Only one of mine actually fit the holster and that one I don't ccarry! I get it that there is realistically no one-size-fits- all, but if you would like I can design something that would only cost a dollar (or less) more to make and would enhance the desireability 50-60% more to all customers. The tracking was troublesome only due to no updates as to whether the postal people even got your package to send out for over a week/10 days and where it was at any given time once it became "over-due"in my estimation logic. Not you're fault but that of the postal people you RELY on....Otherwise I would order again on all but the Bald-mans Thanks hope you read this
