Absolute garbage product. Returned at my expense within the time limit. Only offers were more cheap imported junk at a discount. Sent it back and got $0. Company quit responding to emails. BBB complaint filed and company didn't answer them either. Don't buy anything from them.

I have now ordered 3 different holsters over the past 2 years. The last one did not really fit me, and I contacted support to return it. Their team worked with me, and I was able to get a replacement holster of a different design for the credit amount equal to my purchase. I tried to return the other holster and was told to keep it. Great communication, and I received the replacement holster as promised.

Works as advertised. Altered mine a little since I’d rather not use the retention strap. Like the width…more like a belt than a brace. Comfortable.

I bought a shoulder holster that turned out to be too big for my small frame. Once I contacted customer service, they offered me the option to select another holster at the same price or any other one, just paying the difference. In addition they let me keep the original holster.
