Charged When Shouldn't
Had this for our kiddo. It's okay. But I requested cancellation last year. They just renewed it again. I asked again for cancellation and because I didn't keep the email (may have been a phone call, it was a long time ago) they are refusing to refund almost $100. Update: They did refund but not until after bad review left here. It was to buy to remove bad review. So upping it to 2 stars because they did eventually return my money and supposedly canceled my account (I have been unable to login for a while, so I am wondering if it was canceled when I initially asked).
