I inadvertently signed up to an annual subscription following the end of the seven day free trial. I contacted the team at Dinolingo to explain the situation and they agreed to cancel my subscription and reverse the charge. They dealt with this swiftly and professionally.

0stars if I could... I tried this out with m t daughter, it was not worth it and I went to cancel but I guess it was the 8th day so I expected to pay $19 but b was billed for $199. This is more of a scam and they do not do refunds even if you cancel. I would advise people not to do the free trial ever.

I can't find it back on my PayPal account so I am unable to cancel it. They should help me with this and they dont. Terrible terrible service. I dont know what to do now. Because they are not helping at all. They can contact me ASAP

I would leave zero Stars if I could. This program caused nothing but problems when trying to use it on different platforms. It would freeze constantly and you'd have to force stop it and restart it. My grandkids found it extremely frustrating. The program is so outdated I'm just thoroughly disgusted and on top of that they're saying that since they forced me to pay for it through Google Play that I can't get refunded. Do not purchase this product!

This is a scam. Do not subscribe cause it's almost impossible to unsubscribe and they keep charging money even when you unsubscribe.
