Very patient support. very helpful

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at Digital Trust—Alli, Keaton, Krielow, and another wonderful female team member—and I can honestly say they set the bar for excellent customer service. They were always friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable in every discussion we had. On the rare occasions they didn’t have an immediate answer, they took the initiative to find one quickly. I always felt they genuinely cared about resolving my issues in a prompt and professional manner. This level of customer service is rare these days, and it deserves to be recognized and appreciated.
